After dinner that night, the waiters all did the chicken dance. Here's Ronnie (Tara's dad) joining in. I wish I had a better picture of this, because it was *very* funny!

The midnight buffet that night was the Grand Gala Buffet. That's the one where the food is all so pretty. Here's the ice sculpture.

These were my favorites....squash birds.
I didn't get many pictures of the food that night. They open it for photos beforehand, but we didn't make it in time, so it was pretty much demolished by the time we got there! However, after the galley tour (when I saw the towel animal demo), they also had a garnish demo. Here's a watermelon that this man carved, along with some carrot and turnip flowers.
